Dawood Equities Limited (DEL). is hiring for its esteemed client. We are looking for a Customer Relationship Officer who will manage and maintain strong client relationships. The successful candidate will respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner, coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction and service quality. This role requires reporting directly to the Manager Operations.Dawood Equities Limited (DEL)

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain strong client relationships.
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Report directly to the Manager Operations.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong background in client handling and query management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: PKR 70,000 – 80,000 (based on experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Location: DHA Phase 2 – Karachi onsite
