Assistant Manager – Customer Services is a mid-level management role focused on supervising customer service operations and supporting the Customer Service Manager.

Typical Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily customer service operations

  • Handle escalated customer complaints and complex issues

  • Support, train, and coach customer service representatives

  • Monitor service quality, KPIs, and customer satisfaction (CSAT)

  • Ensure company policies and service standards are followed

  • Prepare reports and assist in process improvements

Required Skills

  • Basic reporting and operational analysis

  • Monitor service quality, customer satisfaction, and performance metrics.

  • Assist the COO in meeting preparations, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Communicate professionally with foreign associates on behalf of the COO.
  • Draft emails, reports, and deliver presentations when required.
