Assistant Manager – Customer Services is a mid-level management role focused on supervising customer service operations and supporting the Customer Service Manager.
Typical Responsibilities

Oversee daily customer service operations

Handle escalated customer complaints and complex issues

Support, train, and coach customer service representatives

Monitor service quality, KPIs, and customer satisfaction (CSAT)

Ensure company policies and service standards are followed

Prepare reports and assist in process improvements

- Communicate professionally with foreign associates on behalf of the COO.
- Draft emails, reports, and deliver presentations when required.
